In the interest of a general public desire to get all the new cable laid for september move ins, I'm going to surf through the availalbe channels on the current ROGERS' cable feed to see what frequencies are still up despite the blackout:


1: 48.250Mhz is black screen.
2: 54.250Mhz is black screen.
3: 60.100Mhz is visual and Stereo.
4: 65.000Mhz is Bars and tone.
5: 75.500 is Green bars fade left with vertical scrolls and a repeater tone.
6: 121.062 is the other half of the omni feed.
7: 127.062 is advertising with full stereo.
8: 133.000 is local weather and is up.
9: 139.000 is Ntnl. CTV feed with digital floaters.
10: 145.000 is black with squirrel noises and wavy lines.
11: 151.000 is auctioning and is up.
12: 157.000 is up: local ROGERS' feed. Same houndstooth as the 145.000
13: UP
14: UP
15: UP
16: 181.000 CBC National Network Feed: Bars, Steady Tone, Ottawa digital overlay in system font, time code in corner slowly osscilating 05:45:x.
17 - 20: Up, but just foreign feed.
21:211.000 TV GUIDE logo, tiny fractal in lower right corner. No audio.
22:217.000 Up. Bible Belt feed. Southern US.
23:223.000 CP@2V - international feeds live, floaters all seem active. Current feed is Deutche Welte.
24:229.000 is up - Children's programming.
25:235.000 Japaneese feed from somewhere.
26:241.000 Florida feed. All floaters and real time digital on.
27:247.000 Backwards-masking feed. Probably a bounceback.
28:253.000 Up.
29-41:331.000 Up. Mmm. Seal Meat.
42-58: Up.
58:433.000 Some interferance.
59:438.000 Up.
60: WNED RUNNING TAPE
61:403.250 Running CHILDREN'S TAPE
62:499.250 Live, with floaters/scrollers.
63: 505.250 Running solicitation tape.
64: 517.250 Live broadcast.
65: 607.250 Feedback loop on local machine.

Hope that helps some of the network engineers trying to put the TV system back together, because it was very boring for me.
